If you decide to cancel due to inclement weather, you will have a credit for up to 365 days for a future rental. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation prior to delivery if conditions are unsafe. (i.e. heavy rain, high winds etc.).

All rentals include delivery and set-up within 20 miles of the Spain Park area. Anything outside of 20 miles will be charged a delivery fee based on mileage.

Yes, our deposit is $50 due at booking. All final payments due 7 days before the event.

We set up on grass, pavement, concrete, turf and gymnasium floors. Under no circumstances can we set-up on rocks or gravel. Please let us know if you have pets or sprinkler systems. We do encourage grass to be maintained and free of pet waste. If pet waste is not removed, you will be subject to a $50 pet waste removal fee.

  • No glitter, confetti or silly string
  • No food, drinks, candy or gum
  • No pets, no shoes or sharp and foreign objects

Under no circumstances can you use water in conjunction with the dry inflatables. While many of our inflatables are wet/dry combos it is important for you to be aware of what kind of inflatable you are renting. You will be charged a minimum amount of $200 for cleaning and drying of the inflatable.

  • Cancellation that occurs 7 days prior to the event will result in full refund
  • Cancellation that occurs anytime within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiting your deposit but can be used for a future event within a calendar year
  • Cancellation on the day of the event will result in no refund
